Welcome to Charchala

Welcome to Villa Charchala (pronounced ha hal ar). The name comes from the Greek expression for "the sound of children’s laughter". The property is also known locally as Villa Kipos (Greek for garden).

It benefits from a peaceful location, offers privacy but also is very close only 2 minutes walking from shops, supermarkets, bars, tavernas, restaurants and the centre of Kassiopi. Near the villa is Kalamionas and Karavi beaches about 5 minutes walking. About 800m from the villa you can find Imerolia and bataria beaches.

With 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms the Villa is ideal for a large family, groups of friends or several families together. With the ample space inside and out, the house offers the occupants a rare opportunity to satisfy the desire to either socialise or to enjoy a little private time around the well kept grounds. All bedrooms have air conditioning. 

The Villa has a large garden, and is surrounded with an authentic wall, topped with railings and a large gate, this ensures privacy, tranquillity and a safe environment for children to enjoy the garden and the play equipment. The swings can easily be interchanged to suit the appropriate age of the child.

The Villa has a secluded outdoor swimming pool, where after dark the atmospheric lighting creates an ideal setting for long cosy evenings on the terrace enjoying the spectacular night sky.

The well equipped BBQ has its own working area, refrigerator and lighting so can used either during the day or well after sunset.

From the Villa, especially from the balcony you have a magnificent view over the village Kassiopi, the sea and in the distance Albania.

The Villa is fitted with free WiFi, a safe, satellite receiver with flat screen TV, DVD player, hairdryers, child gate, etc.. An outdoor pool table is available. There is adequate parking facilities for four cars.
