The villa is serviced three times weekly by the villa manager, who will ensure that your stay comfortable as possible. Additional concierge services may be arranged locally at very reasonable rates.

The ground floor is given over to a large open plan living area that includes a fully fitted kitchen, dining area and lounge. The lounge also has a satellite television system.
There is also a twin bedroom and bathroom situated at this level.

The upper floor is given over to a spacious master bedroom with en suite bathroom and balcony with sea view. This balcony is shared with an adjacent large double bedroom which you can see pictured below.

Two further large twin bedrooms and a bathroom complete the accommodation.
All rooms at Charchala are fan cooled.
Outside the garden is furnished with a children’s play area and planted with a number of local fruit trees such as Orange, Cherry, Lemon, Walnut and Fig. Visitors are welcome to help themselves at their own risk.
Pool
The Pool is serviced daily, its dimensions are 10 meters (30 feet) long by 5 meters
(15 feet) wide and slopes gently from a set of wide entry steps to a depth of 1.8 meters (six feet). It is surround by a non slip patio that is a natural sun trap all day.
The pool area is connected to the villa by way of a Pergola covered patio that provides an ideal outdoor seating / dining area. This in turn is accessed from the living area of the villa.
